Mission Statement

The Fashion Movement (TFM) is a multi faceted FASHION events production and marketing company based in Tampa, Florida. Our mission is to provide a forum where Designers of garments and accessories, Models, Artists, Performing Artists, Hair Stylists, Make-up Artists and other visionaries in the fashion and creative arts fields can promote and market their talents and resources.

 

Company Bio

Since its inception, The Fashion Movement has produced and staged some of the most highly energetic and upscale fashion events throughout New York City and Tampa Bay. Founded in November of 1995 by Lacey B. Smith, TFM has helped launch the careers of emerging designers, models and photographers. Mr. Smith first used his talents to produce TFM’s first fashion show at one of NYC’s most renowned restaurants, LOLA. Upon receiving positive press reviews, “The Movement” was born. Mr. Smith now applies his passions to building and creating alliances amongst fashion industry professionals in the Tampa Bay area and New York City.
